Well, yesterday I ordered a car battery online for pick up at this store. I walked in and immediately noticed how clean it was, then I was immediately greeted. While helping the customer in front of me, the sweet lady behind the counter, Josie, said she’d be right with me. When it came time to help me, she was very personable while fulfilling my pick up, and sending me on my way. Little did I know, I’d be back in an hour, due to ordering a slightly incorrect product. I walked in the door again, and she immediately recognized me, addressing me by name. She confirmed I was indeed exchanging the battery for the correct one - the online system said the previous battery was compatible with my car, despite it being the incorrect size. Josie verified that the system info was incorrect and seamlessly exchanged it for the proper one. I rarely give reviews, and despite the hassle and frustration of dealing with a dead car battery, the overall store experience and Josie’s service at this store made an inconvenient and annoying situation bearable. Got home, the battery fit like a glove, and it was installed in about 10min.
