Worst experience of my life...avoid this place. Mia and Marvin flat out lied to just get me there. I live hour and half away and told them I didn't want to drive over there if not getting car. Was told financing already in place. Drive there, wait 2 hours and told can't get financing!!

Genuinely the worst place ever, another Volkswagen repair/dealership that continuously proves to me how crappy their customer service is. They lie, they screw up your car to the point you are stranded in the middle of the Dallas North Tollway. They are terrible, I highly recommend not going here and overall just not getting a Volkswagen because all of their shops are terrible and have terrible service and lie to their customers.

!Scam Alert! Please read this before you do business with these grifters. Odometer and credit fraud. There was 20,000 more miles on the Tiguan I bought than what the odometer claimed. They also urged me to get a co-signer, then put the car only in my co-signers name. The also hit me with the bait and switch when I first came to the dealership. I found a vehicle online, called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still there. Then magically once I was on site, they couldn’t find the vehicle. But luckily they had similar vehicles that were more expensive. Do not shop here! Do not do business with these people!

I am sharing my experience to document an ongoing issue and to encourage proper resolution.
For several months, I have been attempting to obtain clear repair estimates and authorization details for my 2015 Volkswagen Passat, which has remained at this dealership for an extended period of time. Despite multiple follow-ups with previous management, including Robbie and later Tommy, I was unable to receive consistent answers, documentation, or a clear path forward regarding my vehicle.
During this time, I was provided with a loaner vehicle. However, instead of resolving the situation, I am now being threatened by the current service manager, Ricky, with police action to report the loaner as stolen — despite my repeated communication and willingness to coordinate the return of the loaner in exchange for the release of my vehicle.
At no point have I refused to return the loaner vehicle. My only request has been to receive my vehicle and proper documentation, including the loaner agreement and repair authorization that I allegedly approved.
This situation has gone on for far too long without resolution. I am still willing to resolve this matter professionally and promptly, but I expect transparency, proper documentation, and fair treatment moving forward.
I hope this review encourages the dealership to address this matter seriously and work toward an immediate and reasonable resolution.
