If a business doesn't value a customer's time enough to even say "hello," they don't deserve that customer's business. I drove off and won't be back.

The technician installed the air filter incorrectly, damaging a sensor that was very expensive to have fixed, not to mention the inconvenience of my car not being drivable and requiring repairs to fix the damage this technician caused. Won’t make the mistake again of trusting anyone but the dealership with routine maintenance.
