Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a shop I do not know how they are getting good review. I took my bmw to them on a Friday evening they dnt answer calls nor the personal phone I’ve called a total of 18 times just to get a txt saying there system is down the guy gave me his personal number after mid diagnosing my car saying it was my transmission remind you I got it diagnosed 3 times at a bmw dealer before I came to the shop, just to lie and tell me it’s my transmission to con more money out of me before doing things he assumed the worst instead of checking what’s actually wrong I have no engine light nor transmission codes all the sudden they show codes but no proof no email sent or anything. So I got my family member on the phone that works for bmw told him the things needed to b done step by step. Do not take your car here they will screw u over with no proof of diagnosis just to get money it’s been 6 days and they haven’t answered my calls or gave me correct diagnosis i literally had to tell the them how to fix my car.

I’m writing this review reluctantly, because I truly wanted this to be a good experience especially given that this shop specializes in BMWs. Unfortunately, what occurred crossed multiple lines of trust and professionalism. I dropped my vehicle off strictly for authorized repair work. While my car was still in the shop and before I had fully paid the invoice, I discovered through vehicle tracking that my car had been driven after hours to multiple locations, each roughly 20 miles away from the shop. None of this was authorized or explained proactively. When I raised concern, the explanations I received did not add up. The owner stated he was at the shop at 8:30 AM and did not notice my car was gone, yet claimed the technician who allegedly took the vehicle did not arrive until 9:00 AM. However, my vehicle tracking clearly shows my car in motion at 9:22 AM, already off-site. These timelines are inconsistent, and no clear or documented explanation was ever provided for the multiple off-site locations my vehicle visited. While the shop did ultimately reduce my bill by $600, washed the car, and added gas, this does not undo the fact that my vehicle was used without my consent. More concerning, the very next day after picking up my car, I discovered the coolant was extremely low and had to refill it myself, raising further questions about the quality and completeness of the work performed. This situation caused unnecessary stress, anxiety, and a complete loss of trust. A customer should never have to track their own vehicle to find out it’s being driven without permission, nor should they be left piecing together explanations that don’t align with verifiable data. Given the unauthorized use, inconsistent explanations, and post-repair issue, I believe at least half of the total amount paid should be refunded. This was not simply a misunderstanding it was a serious lapse in accountability and professionalism. I hope the shop takes this feedback seriously and makes changes so future customers do not experience what I did.
