  My teenage daughter had her car breakdown and ended up spending hours waiting for a tow truck. The kind staff at this AutoZone let her come inside gave her water, Let her charge her phone and kept her safe while she waited. Anybody who’s gonna take care of your kid deserves a five star rating. I highly recommend this location.

  As someone who has to use alot of auto zones for commercial accounts I really appreciate Erma here at the Ross location. She was very professional fast and efficient. They had my battery and paperwork waiting for me. I have my corporate put an order ahead of time so I can come to a store and get in and out. Every and I mean every one I been to except this one it’s always an issue about they said they didn’t get an order when I have text confirmation they got it. I been to some we out the order in get there and they say they don’t have the battery or don’t have are acct info which is crazy since I’m partnered with a national account. But again much praise to this store. Even when I brought the core back she had the store running smoothly. Definitely District manager material. She needs to go train the other stores I have to deal with

  I had a great experience at the AutoZone on Ross Ave thanks to Ms. Paula. She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through what I actually needed, which I really appreciated since I don’t usually handle car stuff myself. What stood out most was her honesty, she helped me find the right products without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. That kind of integrity and customer care makes a big difference. If you’re looking for help and want someone who really knows their stuff, ask for Paula. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. Thank you Ms Paula and Autozone!!!

  If i could give 0 stars I would i called to get a quote and the person who answered put me on hold i understand that but 5mins passed and they hanged up i called back and let him know he hanged up and started arguing with me that he didnt I'll go give O'Reilly my money instead of Auto zone .
