There is an Asian employee who is extremely rude—he is rude every single time I come in to buy a part. He is always rude because I am Latino and do not speak English, and he constantly humiliates me for not speaking the language, no matter how hard I try to use a translator with him. He never treats me like a human being; he always treats me like an animal. I do not recommend this place at all, and I will not be coming back here.
- STSaurabh TandonMar 26, 20262.0Came in to get my battery checked at 7pm. Was told that it needs to be replaced and that it would take less than 30 mins to do it. It took the person 2.30 hrs with me holding the light and helping him out while he made several mis-steps during the process and had to do them again. The manager then came by making comments on how long this was taking and hoping that I tip him later… which he also asked for at the end. Since when is asking a tip for the service that I am already paying for becoming normal…!!! Just a very poor experience.

It was humiliating and unnecessary. Not to mention playing loud and extremely inappropriate music all throughout the store, singing along to vulgar songs about sex, not caring who walked in. Absolutely never coming back to this location.
