  Angelo went above and beyond for me today. He left no stone unturned to help me out with my dead battery and turned a bad situation into a good one. I have maybe never been as impressed with someone’s service. He’ll be running his own store someday.

  Se tardan demasiado para atender se la pasan platicando en sus horas laborales y no nos atienden de nada sirve que aya mas de 5 o 6 personas si solo atienden 2 las partes y todos los repuestos me an salido de buena calidad solo es el personal que no te ofrece el servicio bien es como si les estuviéramos pidiendo regalado las cosas

  The service was very good. I had an issue with the battery and my car was not starting, Mr. Tomas T went the extra mile to take care for it. Really glad to have been here.

  This review is pertaining to the regional office, not the store. I was having a problem with my order. Called this office a lady name Mrs.T.C Turner help me. She was awesome. She assured me she would relay all of my information to the GM. I got a call the same day from the GM. Called today the store started putting me on hold again. Called Mrs.T.C. Turner, as we were talking, how about the store is calling me back on the other line, because I had hung up. My part was there. Thank you Mrs. T.C. Turner. Jackie Willis.

  This place was a mess. The line was massive and people were waiting 20+ minutes while customers were getting visibly frustrated. I came in for an online pickup and it still took about 30 minutes to get my order. Meanwhile some employees were just standing around chatting and playing on their phones while the line kept growing out the door. Completely disorganized and frustrating. Honestly it would have been much easier to just order the part on Amazon and skip the chaos altogether.
