  Yesterday I was broken down on Bruton waiting on a tow when Lexx rolled up beside me to see if I needed help. I told her what was going on with my car and she said it was most likely my battery and told me to go to the 24 hr autozone. I had a mechanic look at it and turns out it was my battery so I went to autozone and got that battery. Thanks lexx so so much for stopping to check on me!!!

  A different autozone sold me the wrong wipers and instead of doing a return and fixing the issue to help me out I was told to go to the big autozone up the street. I went there and Lexx S was amazing she went outside to my car checked which wipers I needed did a return got me the correct wipers and installed them. I tried to give her a tip like I do at other autozones but she told me to just leave her a review so that’s what I’m doing. Great job Lexx you are the bomb.com

  Juan at AutoZone was honestly a huge help. He was really friendly from the moment I walked in and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I didn’t know much about what I needed for my car, but he took the time to explain everything in a simple way without making me feel dumb. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers and not just rushing people out. Great customer service like that is hard to find, and Juan definitely stands out. I’d recommend asking for him if you ever go in!
