  Horrible customer service experience. I went in wanting to get a free testing because my engine light was on. Was quickly denied due to it raining. Remind you it’s a light rain a drizzle. The worker said he wasn’t able to because it was raining and that his manager wouldn’t let him and to come back when it stops raining. Didn’t even ask his manager. Just told me upfront. Mind you I went to a previous Autozone and they were outside in the rain they just didn’t have what I needed.

  Frederick and John at AutoZone were absolutely amazing. They helped me exchange my battery under warranty, were incredibly patient with me, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Out of all the mechanic shops and auto parts stores around here, this team has by far been the kindest and most helpful. They treated me with respect, answered my questions, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Because of Frederick and John, I will only be coming back here from now on. Thank you both for your help and for having such a great attitude.

  Omg! I absolutely know nothing about cars, and Nick (one of the sales men) put my wipers on and showed me how to put fluids in my car……not that I would ever do it again😂😂😂😂but this guy was amazing! Customer service was👍🏿👍🏿. I will definitely be returning

  I had a great experience with Nick at AutoZone when my battery died he was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond by helping me choose the right replacement and installing it on the spot. He worked quickly but carefully, made sure everything was running perfectly, and turned a stressful situation into an easy one. Outstanding customer service like his is hard to find, and I’d definitely recommend asking for Nick if you need help.

  I came in asking for help from a young female employee and she was on her phone when she gave me attention she just sent me somewhere random in the store and walked away to the back I asked her coworkers for her name and they informed me her name was Angelina very disappointed and hope action will be taken
