- JMJames ManharthApr 1, 20262.0Don't bother doing online pick ups. This is the second time I place an order online for pick up. They waited till I was there to build my order and then I get told they're out of stock for one of the items. Well, that is why I placed an order online when it said there was 2 in stock left. Then, they tried to give me a similar item that was $7 less then what I paid for the original. The customer service was good, they did greet and help but they need to work on the online order system.

I didn’t want to write a review but after the 5th time in a row in less than a month of it keep happening I just rather make the extra time to drive to Oreillys
