Alamo is always awesome. This trip Bryant at desk and Delvis and car turn in were extra nice and accommodating

I had the pleasure of renting a car from Alamo. I arrived on a late flight but was greeted with a smile and personality from Kimberly at the counter. We chatted about things to do while visiting and how we both like trendy optical glasses from Zelool. I enjoyed my rental and the return was a pleasure as well from the singing bus driver which turned into karaoke and 7am in the morning he loves Frank Sinatra lol

I liked it here even though in chicago my flight got canceled 2! TIMES this gave me a lot of anger and stress out from my flight the food was good nice and clean
I arrived late at the airport and realized that at this point the Alamo rentals were handled by National. When reaching their location using the shuttle, I had to join a long line of travelers. Fortunately the staff was super quick and I was in my car in just a few minutes. The lady even got me an upgrade to a bigger, nicer car. Returning the car was also hassle free, the staff was super nice (like most businesses in Texas ⭐️).

Alamo provided better customer service than their competitor's! I took a shuttle from Dallas Love Field airport and was unable to get a vehicle from my prepaid reservation at my original rental agency. Keep in mind I had spoken to a customer service agent, a week prior, to ensure all information was updated and that my rental process was straight forward. Arrived at Budget, only to be denied and not given a straight forward answer as to why. I was confused because I had just rented with them 4 months ago without a problem. The staff told me I had a reservation with Costco, which I thought I had canceled. When I informed the staff I had a prepaid reservation, the person argued with me, stating that there wasn't a prepaid reservation. Finally, the staff looked up the confirmation number, instead of renting me the vehicle he gave me a number to customer service. So after being denied and talking with customer service, who was also confused as to why I was being denied, I asked for a refund and walked over to National/Alamo. Apparently, once Budget denies a reservation, there is no way to change it in the system. At Natonal/Alamo rental agency, I was helped immediately with professional, and friendly service! I will definitely use Alamo in the future! The vehicle was super clean and appeared to be well maintained. I'll never rent with Budget again!!
