  Very good and efficient service! I was surprised to see they checked all my lights and brakes were working properly and also my tire pressure. They also recommended to change my car battery which I had been procrastinating on for the longest and they just reminded me lol. They talked and suggested other services but weren’t pushy, which I appreciated. I’d definitely come back!

  The team were very professional and efficient. They identified my all-wheel-drive car was overdue for a rear differential service. They did not pressure me, and clearly explained the ramifications if the service was not attended to.

  What satisfied me most about my experience at Valvoline Fry Rd, was the customer service. The technicians were courteous and professional. They worked quickly and were very respectful of my time. They did not try to oversell me on any services that I did not need. I will only be using this location for all future vehicle service needs.

  This place is fantastic. It is new, but everything is done so well. I needed to change the compressor valve. Because I was doing the work myself, I needed my A/C system evacuated, then I needed to take my car home and bring it back to have it recharged. I called multiple places in the area, and all of them were going to charge $250 or more. I even had 2 places say they don't let you take the car, then bring it back to recharge it. They have to do all of the work at that time. Valvoline was by FAR, the cheapest around, and were so easy to work with. They evacuated my system, let me take the car home, and then bring it back to recharge it. The place was clean. The employees were all kind and knowledgeable. Everyone was so helpful, and I was very pleased with my experience! I will definitley be back!

  Stopped by this Valvoline location off Fry Rd and had an absolutely great experience. They did my oil change, rotated my tires, filled my windshield wiper fluid, topped off the other fluids, and aired up my tires perfectly. They even checked to make sure that my battery was healthy and showed me my engine air filter to ask if I'd like to replace is today or not. Ultimately, I decided not to replace the air filter today, however, everything was done quickly and professionally, and the whole team working there seemed like they were actually happy to be there and proud of the work they were doing, which you don’t see very often these days. Customer service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and respectful of my time. I was also able to redeem one of the $25 off mailers they sent out yesterday, and the total for the entire visit came out to $86.45, which is honestly an incredible value for everything they did. I was genuinely impressed with how smooth and professional the whole experience was. I’ll definitely be coming back in a couple weeks with my other vehicle, and I’ll be doing everything I can to give them my business going forward. I’ll also be referring others here because good service like this deserves to be recognized. Very impressed. Highly recommend.
