  I came into NTB about 20 minutes to close on a Sunday during a very bad Thunderstorm. Alex although inconveniently understaffed and still got me took care of me! Very nice guy, and changed my whole prospective on ntb. Thank you Alex!!

  Alex was great! I showed up on a Sunday because they were the closest one open, but I will definitely be back. Alex was able to predict my wait time down to the minute and even suggested good places to eat within walking distance. Great experience. 10/10 would recommend

  I had to stop in last minute to get help with my car. Alex helped me get in and out. He was super nice and helped me get back on the road as quickly as possible even though they were busy. Will definitely return after such great service.

  I had my oil changed at the Cypress store in late February and a month later I discovered an oil spill on my garage floor and my oil gauge was completely dry. When I called NTB about it they were not helpful in solving my problem. I decided to use another garage that was more to helpful to my problem. That garage found that the oil pan plug was cross threaded and the oil pan needed to be replaced. When I called the NTB manager about the problem he was argumentative and defensive. I also contacted the Mavis corporate office two weeks and have not heard back. I have used the Cypress store for 3 years, but now I am questioning the advice I was given in the past. Buyer beware.

  I had a great experience at NTB thanks to Alex. I came in because my car was shaking, and he took my car in right away without any delay. He explained clearly what was wrong and showed me exactly what needed to be fixed, which I really appreciated. The service was quick, efficient, and very professional. I was able to get everything fixed the same day with no issues. Alex was warm and welcoming. He went above and beyond to help me out of what I thought was a dire situation. In addition, Jamal at the front desk was great! He was very professional, attentive, and on top of everything from the moment I walked in. He made the process smooth and easy, and made sure I was taken care of while my car was being serviced. Overall, excellent customer service. Thanks again!
