  Will inspect your car, tell you a bunch of random things you need to get done when in reality they’re just spitting out random numbers of repairs you don’t need. I get quoted for all 4 brake pads and I only need the front 2 replaced yet they have no documentation of my inspection… If you’re a women especially don’t come here they just tell you whatever. It took me 2 minutes to call and check my previous inspection to see what i needed done at a different company this man without seeing my car or the previous work done here with this company is gonna sit here and quote me 1k to replace brakes on a 2020 car with less than 100k miles….then I ask for them to just look so I can get accurate service diagnosis and they’re looking at me crazy. Why would you quote someone for a full replacement when you clearly misunderstood what work needed to be done. Throwing money in the trash, if you want cheap work done and cheap quality come. A damn mess for a newly opened shop…the man was so irritated for no reason horrid customer service

  Will recommend Mavis on Fry any day! Wife went in for an alignment and new tires and I was worried I was gonna get a call telling me a bunch of stuff that may or may not be wrong! But that didn’t happen! Shad took great care of her and our car and we will definitely be back! Thank you!

  I came to this place because it was cheaper than other places. Online it showed a good price, but apparently it’s the same. When they changed the tires, they broke a sensor and told me I would only pay $25, but in the end they made me pay $80 because their manager did not honor what I was told. If you visit this place, they will start suggesting more services, but what they don’t tell you is that there is an installation fee for each item installed. I would not return to this place—if it costs the same as others, then there’s no discount at all. Oh, and they make you put down a $25 deposit just to schedule your appointment. Vine a este lugar por que pense que tenian descuento, en linia decia un buen precio pero al parecer es lo mismo, cuando cambiaban las llantas rompieron un sensor y me dijeron que solo pagaria 25 dlls pero al final me hicieron pagar 80 dlls por que su Manager no respect lo que me dijo, si visitan este lugar te van empesar a sugerir mas cosas pero lo que no te dicen que tienen un costo de instalation por cada cosa instalada, no regresaria a este lugar si sale igual que los otros de descuento no tienen nada. Ahhh te hacen poner 25 dlls de deposito para poder poner tu cita.

  I had an outstanding experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. They took the time to explain exactly what my car needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. What impressed me the most was their speed and attention to detail. They got my tires taken care of quickly, but you could tell they weren’t rushing the job—they made sure everything was done right. The team also checked a few additional things on my vehicle and gave helpful recommendations for future maintenance. Customer service like this is hard to find. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure I left satisfied and safe on the road. The shop was clean, organized, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for honest service, great prices, and a team that treats you with respect, this is definitely the place to go. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

  Walked into this Mavis location off Fry Rd and asked a very simple question: how much is a typical tire rotation? I had literally just gotten a tire rotation done next door at Valvoline for $29.99, so I was curious what Mavis normally charges. The guy at the front desk told me it would be $86.56 for a tire rotation, which he explained as $19.99 per tire. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I have never in my entire life seen a tire rotation priced anywhere close to that for such a quick and basic service. On top of that, the guy at the front desk sounded like he didn’t want to be there at all. The whole interaction felt like I was bothering him just by asking a normal question. I don’t know what is going on at this Mavis location, but between the extremely high price for a basic tire rotation and the lack of any real customer service, this was a pretty shocking experience. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back.
