From the moment I arrived, customer care was at the forefront; it was a rainy morning, he walked me to and from my car holding an umbrella. As for my vehicle, he kept me informed of my options and cost for repair and recommended what needed to be done immediately and what could wait. I am very pleased and impressed by the level of professionalism, honesty and customer service. Will return for future services.
- LLLizMar 17, 20261.0On March 12th, I went to Jiffy for an oil change. I pulled in with another car and all bays were open and we were taken in right away. It took over an hour to have my oil changed despite at least 4 crew members working between my truck and the other car. The next day I drove to Dallas and after a while I noticed of smoke coming from the rear of my truck. I was able to find a Chevy dealership up the road in Corsicana and stopped there to have it checked. They discovered that double (16 quarts!) the amount of oil had been put in my vehicle which was causing the smoking. They needed to drain all the oil and correctly add the oil. Fortunately, I was able to find a dealership to fix the issue asap before serious damage was done to my truck.
