  I visited NTB in cypress off 290 to do a tire balance n rotation. I usually go to Tomball but for this service I wait 2 to 3hrs even when I book an appointment. I came to 290 as a walk in and was helped my by Tyle (who got my car worked on within a hour and done in about 30minutes or so. I received great customer service. Fast turn around and handed me wheel locks back. Definitely going back to this location.

  Bad service I called to order a tire said it would be here Friday never call me, I had called them to check on my tire the next day, all ready making me wait an extra day. I called them and they CANT find the tire in the system they had to look for it. They call me back and found the tire, I ask them if I can make appointment to change my tire so I won’t wait. She said no I don’t need to do that for that services. Now I’m waiting 2 hours and it’s just 1 tire, imagine if I had to switch all 4 tires. I just read the last post made me even more mad doing business at this place.

  Had a great experience at NTB getting my car battery replaced! The team was super helpful and explained everything clearly before doing any work. They tested my old battery, showed me the results, and had the new one installed really fast. The price was fair, and they even checked my charging system to make sure everything was good to go. Super friendly staff and great service — I’ll definitely be coming back for future car needs!

  Literally, my front driver side tire went flat directly in front of NTB Cypress. Therefore, I turned into the shop. Several NTB went to work diagnosing the problem. Tyler became the point guy. My strut was broken causing my tire to go flat. Tyler went to work getting the parts needed and putting a price on the purchase. Tyler called around and found a strut and the team went to work changing the tire, replacing the strut, balancing the tires, and replacing the brake pads. Tyler and the others were very kind and professional. . I really liked that there was one person -Tyler - who kept me informed on the status. Tyler and the NTB guys did a great job and I appreciate their help and taking care of my car.

  I came in on Sunday clearly they didn’t want to do the work they should have turned me away. As a woman I pay attention to detail so I don’t get screwed over here are the details. 1. Eric put the wrong tire valves until I came back to get the correct ones for my Lexus rx 350 2. Eric said he had put my tire lock in my car it wasn’t there I retuned for it 3. Eric broke the sensor on my right front tire after I came back to get it fixed since it wasn’t reading on my Lexus dash like I am used to, they told me it would cost $60 to repair. 4. Reggie asked me to come back Monday. I told him I needed this done right today. I got here at or around 1pm left after 5:30 due to their mistakes for what should have been a simple job. 5. After all was said and done I was told the sensor would cost $109 to repair I told them I didn’t care just needed it fixed even though they caused the issues. 6. I came with issues on my left back tire ended up with more expensive issues to my front right tire 7. Firestone on 290 turned me away because 1 pm was too close to their closing time they didn’t have time to do the work NTB should have done the same thing if they were going to do subpar work. 8. Tyler then told me that there was never a sensor in my front right tire and that Eric lied to me that he had been working here for more than a month on one week like he had told me that they hide things from him all the time . I showed him a picture where my sensor was working before coming here and he understood I was not lying. 9.Left at 5:39 Reggie and Tyler were very apologetic and they covered the broken sensor which is why I’m giving 2 starts at least they covered the broken sensor and told me “I’m sorry, this shouldn’t have happened” I came to this reputable tire company to get my tires changed. I will never return here due to the negative experience I had with my vehicle. As a woman I’m very scared of leaving a service shop with something done incorrectly. I recommend any woman that comes here to take pictures of your car before and after, I was able to use these to show o was missing the correct tire valves after they told me that it didn’t have any when I came here. If possible come with a man or make sure to pay attention to detail like I do. Pictured are Tyler and Eric. After the multiple mistakes on Eric’s part Tyler handled the corrections and fixing the broken sensor was handled by another gentleman. Thank you to Tyler and Reggie for making it right.
