  I arrived just before closing and Jamal and his team were incredibly helpful with getting me setup with a new tire. They were awesome with showing us options and helping us pick the best fit for my car.

  A Big Thanks to Chris and the team that solved my 18month old ABS issue on my 2013 Challenger SRT8 by sticking with it and refusing to give up. They worked through multiple vendors outside their normal supply chain due to dealer discontinuing the part until they finally sourced an ABS module that actually worked once installed and connected to the car's VIN. Before they started, I had my doubts, so asked Chris for a commitment that if they took the job, they would stay with it until it was fixed or refund. He took on the challenge and kept his word that he could and would getting it fixed. They didn’t stop until the job was not just done, but done right. I’ve had this car for 10 years and didn’t want to give up on it. I appreciate Chris and the team seeing it through to a successful finish.

  My 1994 was leaking coolant and tried to fix it myself(that was a big mistake).I had to also move out of state within 3 days and was very stress and defeated when my car suddenly started with coolant issues.I was afraid that the repair would take a lot longer due to parts availability.I took my car to ntb and told them if they can fix my car cooling system replace every hose,coolant parts if necessary to make sure my car can run problem for the trip,I also added fuel pump and filter as well and they got all fix up the next day.Been running my car for a while because I need to see if I can trust my car again and luckily no leaks,runs smooths.Thank-you so much NTB for helping me.Wll miss you guys.Never had issues with them with and they treated the whole process professionally and kept me up to date.
