They gave me an estimate for my car right away, even though they ask you to book an appointment, which I did not know when I walked in. They greeted me right away when I dropped my car off. I received texts the entire process of the repair. The repair was done exactly how they said it was going to be and on time . When I came to retrieve my car, it was thoroughly detailed and cleaned! Thank you for a great experience!!

The result was that this is not a quotation. You need your insurance company to send the electronic version of the document to the repair shop's computer, so that we will recognize that you can repair your car here. Simple things are complicated. The staff are impolite and their faces are extremely bad. I couldn't accept all this so I changed to a shop with a higher rating. As a result, after showing the insurance company's quotation, the staff called my insurance company directly in front of me to explain the situation. The operation took no more than 10 minutes. As a result, I made an appointment to repair the car and it went smoothly. Looking back, Joe is really rubbish. If you don't want to have to look at the other party's face, don't want to complicate simple things, want to save your time, want a good mood and good service, don't come here.
