- LMLynda MaldonadoNov 17, 20251.0I’ve been coming to this Jiffy Lube since it opened. It is conveniently located 2-3 minutes from my home. We have 3 vehicles that we bring when it’s time to change the oil throughout the year. It’s very evident that this Jiffy Lube continuously has a revolving door when it comes to management and employees. However, never did I ever have to wait almost 2 hours to get an inspection, rotate my tires and oil change. In my past experiences, I also had never received different information from different employees. It’s like the employees didn’t know what they’re doing or they weren’t communicating with one another or both. Always in the past I’ve had 1 person come to my vehicle to speak with me and take my information. The employees and managers were always professional and on top of their game. Those individuals gave me a time frame and my vehicle was either out on time or before the estimated time unless something extra was needed. I had 2 people greet me at my vehicle and discuss with me what I needed done. Then I had one of those 2 people return inside to ask me if I still wanted my tires rotated after the oil change was completed. Then it became more frustrating to have a 3rd person come inside to talk to me and confirm a 3rd time about the tire rotations. By the time the 3rd person spoke to me they should’ve finished inspecting my vehicle because there was no one on that line when I arrived. Rotation of tires should’ve been completed after the inspection and the oil change should’ve been done. Instead there was a lot of wasted time. Before I left, I requested to speak to the manager, which apparently was the third person who returned to confirm with me if I wanted the tire rotations. I got to Jiffy Lube at 12:10 and didn’t leave until 1:50. I mentioned to him that it’s very obvious this place has a revolving door when it comes to employees and management, but in the past employees were still professional, timely and knew what they were doing. The manager blamed it on not being able to find good workers to hire and current employees not knowing what to do. He also stated that all, but one other person were new employees and that all the new ones were being trained. So if you have errands to run, appointments to keep or no time to waste, then Jiffy Lube on Telge Is not the place to take your vehicle any time soon.

While I was there I found out they sell tires too. Since I've had bad experiences at discount places and the shops I used to trust I was glad to know it. I'll be back! 2 thumbs up!
