The car died upon arrival at the Telge facility for a routine oil change. Larry and his awesome tech Braden quickly diagnosed the problem and coordinated pairs and repair work. I was very impressed with Jiffy Lube staff and their technical expertise, attention to detail, professionalism, and customer service. They even arranged to give me a ride home. Thank you so much!

When I arrived I was told it would be 15-20 minutes wait time for an oil change and I was the only customer there upon arrival. However, it took an hour as the senior staff was training new employees on my vehicle. While I understand new employees need training, I felt that could have been communicated earlier so I would have had the choice to go elsewhere or come back later, as I was not in a position to wait that hour. I wasn’t offered any kind of discount for the wait, just a thank you for my patience. I would probably return here because I think they do a good job overall and are thorough, but I would have appreciated an accurate assessment of the wait time. Most people, as do I, work during the day and rely on “Jiffy Lube” to be “jiffy”. I don’t really think 1 hour is an acceptable wait time anywhere for just an oil change.
