  ¡Excelente servicio! Traje mi carro con un golpe el parte trasera y desde el primer momento recibí una atención magnífica. El señor Juan y la señorita front desk fueron muy amables y atentos, siempre dispuestos a ayudarme con lo que necesitaba. Me mantuvieron informada día a día con llamadas y SMS sobre el estado de mi vehículo, lo cual me dio mucha confianza. Cuando fui a recogerlo, ¡parecía completamente nuevo! Sin duda, recomiendo este taller al 100% por su profesionalismo, comunicación y calidad en el trabajo.

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a deeply troubling incident that occurred at your Gerber Collision 529 Cypress facility. My husband was subjected to highly inappropriate and unprofessional behavior from one of your employees, identified as Shayla, during his recent visit. While at your shop, Shayla engaged in conduct that crossed personal and professional boundaries. Her behavior was unwelcome, made my husband feel extremely uncomfortable, and left both of us shaken. What should have been a straightforward business interaction turned into an encounter that felt harassing, unsafe, and completely unacceptable in any workplace or customer-service environment. As a company that promotes professionalism, customer service, and safety, I trust you will recognize the seriousness of this matter. No customer should ever feel harassed, disrespected, or vulnerable when doing business. This type of behavior not only reflects poorly on your brand but also creates a hostile environment for clients. I respectfully request that this matter be: 1. Investigated thoroughly and immediately. 2. Addressed in accordance with your company’s policies on harassment and misconduct. 3. Followed up with appropriate corrective action or termination Please confirm receipt of this complaint and let me know the next steps that will be taken. I am prepared to escalate this matter further, if necessary, to ensure accountability. I appreciate your prompt attention and look forward to your response as I have already emailed and have made several phone calls I’ve also decided to leave a review as well.
