  Great service, honest advice, and excellent customer care. I had a really positive experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers. I originally came in for an oil change, and during their inspection they found a small oil leak from the valve cover gasket. The team explained everything clearly and showed me what they were seeing so I understood exactly what was going on. Yessica was especially helpful throughout the process. She was friendly, professional, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel pressured. I really appreciated that she clearly explained which repairs were urgent and which ones I could safely wait on. Another thing that stood out was their customer service. Instead of making me wait at the shop while the repair was being done, they arranged and paid for a ride for me to go home and then picked me up when the car was ready. That made the whole process really convenient. Overall the staff was honest, efficient, and easy to work with. I definitely recommend this location and appreciate the great service from Yessica and the team.

  I highly recommend this business. I have been going there since I moved back to Texas 11 years ago with my 2 cars and my RV. Personnel are always cheerful and courteous. The prices are reasonable and fair. The work is always done completely and correct. I have never had a bad experience with this business. Dimitri is a top notch technician. Being in the automotive industry all my career, a master certified technician, I am very familiar with automobiles.

  I always receive great service here, but when it comes to any major work on my car, I specifically ask for Dimitri. He’s truly exceptional. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, but he also takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure you feel confident in the decisions being made. His attention to detail and genuine care for both the vehicle and the customer really set him apart. Dimitri is honest about what’s necessary, what can wait, and what will give you the best long-term results. It’s rare to find someone so skilled, transparent, and committed to doing the job right the first time. He’s the main reason I keep coming back.
