Unfortunately, on my most recent visit, this marked the third time I was met with an unprofessional attitude from an employee simply for arriving when services were still advertised as available. I was told the technician wanted to go home early, which the manager excused with a casual “sorry bro,” rather than addressing the issue appropriately. The repeated lack of professionalism and disregard for customers’ time has led me to take my business elsewhere. I will be moving all routine oil changes and inspections for my vehicles to a more professional operation that values customer service.

I brought a coupon for an oil change but it was for a competitor (D'OH!) in spite of that they still gave me a discount which I thought was really cool. Had the oil changed and tires rotated. Prices were comparable to nearby shops. The assistant manager (Brian, I think) was very personable. The shop itself was very clean.
