  Very disappointing experience. I had to change cars three times because of an extremely strong smoke smell that actually made my eyes burn. The Cypress location did not have clean, smoke-free vehicles available. When I tried to resolve this at the Houston airport location, the only option offered was a downgrade from a Jeep Compass to a Corolla, which is completely unsuitable for a 10-day trip. I was forced to drive to George Bush Airport, where a kind and helpful employee finally assisted me in switching to a Ford Escape. While it still wasn’t fully smoke-free, it was far better than the cars from the Cypress location. Overall, the lack of clean vehicles and the inconvenience of visiting multiple locations made this a very frustrating experience. I would not rent from this location again

  Alisha, the Branch Manager, went above and beyond to help me and made sure I received the vehicle I preferred. While she wasn’t able to offer an upgrade due to limited availability (which I understand, even if it felt like it could have gone either way), she still ensured the process was seamless. I ended up with a 2025 Jeep Wrangler — a vehicle I absolutely enjoyed driving and have actually been considering purchasing soon. Upon returning the vehicle, Kyle made sure my rental experience ended just as strong as it began. I suddenly realized my gate access key had slipped out of my pocket and was still inside the vehicle, leaving me unable to get into my house. Kyle immediately took action. He contacted the team member driving the car to the shop for an oil change and coordinated everything so I could recover my key. His urgency and resourcefulness truly saved the day. Overall, EXCELLENT customer service and a PHENOMENAL experience from start to finish. 4 star because I could earn more points if they asked for my Enterprise member number. However, highly impressed and as you can see in the photo driving the jeep, I am happy!

  Was great when I booked the representative was awesome. The issues started once I returned the vehicle. I returned it on the 23rd and my ticket wasn’t close until the 26th. They charged me an extra day. It was resolved but this is the second time this has happened, the time it was never resolved
