  AYDEN DID AN AMAZING JOB HELPING ME !! I came in with a bad battery 10 minutes before closing and he stopped everything he was doing to help me purchase and install my battery!! AUTO ZONE COULDN'T HAVE HIRED A BETTER MAN!! Will be back!!!

  Bike broke down about a half a mile from this location. Dead battery. Went to O'Reillys first, and they didnt have the battery I needed in stock. I called ahead to Auto Zone and they had what I needed. I walked there, bought the battery, and told them I'd be back in about 30 minutes to dispose of my old battery. Gabby dropped what she was doing, and GAVE ME A RIDE BACK TO MY DEAD BIKE. After running into more trouble, she went back to their location to keep helping me, and sent ANOTHER employee back out to help me. Eventually, I learned the battery I needed, no one carries in store. However, this location, and its employees, especially Gabby, went out of their way to help me during this small crisis. They were friendly, easy going, and incredibly down to earth. Treated me like a friend, instead of just another customer. Gabby deserves a lot of credit, but this entire store should be praised. They've earned my business, and I'd say the district/regional management owes them a pizza or something to treat them like the badass staff they are. Thanks to each and everyone working at that location tonight, hats off to y'all.

  I wanted to give a shout out to Andrew and the ladies that helped me with my truck/battery issues i had today. Needed a new battery so came here and they were able to help me out with a new one and installed it pretty quick too. Everything was good to go, left, made a quick stop next door to Krogers and when i tried to go leave, my truck wouldnt start again…i then walked back over to Autozone and let them know my issue. Andrew drove me back to my truck and did a few checks and got me jump started. Turns out i also need a new starter, but it was really nice how he helped me kinda problem solve my issues and at least help me get back on the road. Good people work at this location, store was clean and busy. Overall great job! 👏
