Im out of town and that Is the nicest thing g to do that for someone. My wife can not quit talking to me about it. Someone needs to give her the manager position. . Thats the type of manager autozone needs. Ill be back in town soon and she needs to be promoted and a raise because that is above and beyond her duties. Thanks for your help

Trying desperately to hide my frustration and to hold back the tears, the part the other autozone had called to put on hold for me did not fit. Kevin at the service desk tried to call the car dealership for parts and they were closed. I was in full freak out mode at the point and the tears were flowing. Kevin realized I was going to be stranded over night there and with quick thinking came up with an alternative that would fix my issue. He then instructed me where to go to spray down my hood with de-greaser so I would be able to smell smoke if the oil cap came off again throughout the rest of the drive home. He literally went above and beyond and thought outside of the box to help get me home. I will never forget his kindness. His quick thinking saved me and my car that day. Thank you Kevin at the Crowley Auto Zone! Myself & my family thanks you!
