  Whoever the indian lady (name starts with an A) with short hair and glasses either doesn't know what she's doing or I just happen to have the only american made car (chevy) which battery cant be tested. Came to test my battery. The tech appeared lost and was messing with random things under my hood. Then said cant find battery. I mentioned the physical battery is in the hood (as with likely most newer vehicles) she had me go in trunk and remove panels to just tell me she cant test it. No care while closing the hood as she let it slam and walked away without further assistance. So much for

  Got wiper blades a few weeks ago, asked the guy to make sure they clicked completely. He said they did. Well, they didn't. Just had to pull over on 635 and fix it. Called and the girl that answered asked what exactly I called for after calling about the situation. I see her customer service skills suck

  Some days I’ve had great time buying my parts at AutoZone. some days like today on the other hand, you run into an employee that refuses to speak and only points at the screen for whatever reason I don’t know. I did hear him speak a few words, but after I couldn’t get the answers I needed there is no reason to buy anything. I’ll just go to O’Reilly’s

  The service representative is really unfriendly. No care attitude. Why they hire employees who just don’t like to wake up from bed to come to work just to get a check. Hire people who actually care about customers . The name is Tajon G
