My husband and I rented a vehicle last week and the "manager" never disclosed to us that if we turned the vehicle after hours on Saturday we could get charged 2 extra days. Mind you the car they rented to us was filthy and uncomfortable. (WE WASHED AND VACUM THE CAR BEFORE TURNING IT IN... GAVE IT TO THEM CLEANER THAN THEY DID TO US!!!) They took off $250.00 from our deposit because they said they have no proof that we turned in the vehicle Saturday. This is the closest car rental store to us but I am just never going to come back to Enterprise....Elite Rent A Car is about an hour away from us but they at least disclose IMPORTANT details with their customers and do not give their customers dirty vehicles.
