When I made my initial choice and reservacion ahead of time , I was expecting to be assigned a specific vehicle. However, upon arrival, I was offered a different vehicle from what I selected, which was inconvenient given my limited available time. As a result, I had to search for an alternative at the last minute. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend this location and am quite disappointed.

The gentleman helped us, and regardless of them not having that many options, the employee let us know if we wanted to wait a bit longer they would have a vehicle ready when it was done being detailed. Loved this location, and the service demonstrated during such a stressful time.

The employee, Randall, was unhelpful, disrespectful, kept telling me ‘It’s not my job’ and flat-out refused to give me his name or his manager’s name when I asked. I had to escalate my complaint to corporate and even call the following Monday just to find out who he was and to learn that his supervisor’s name is Marshall. Marshall, on the other hand was very kind and professional, but Randall’s behavior was the opposite and disgusting. He clearly needs serious training, if not to be reconsidered for his position, because his actions were completely rude and unacceptable. I will not return nor be renting from this location ever.
