  I had my wife go to the AutoZone and check why her check engine light was on.. when she got back home she told me she spoke with an employee named Eric.. she told me that he was very very rude with her and very disrespectful with her.. he didn't want to do his job and help her solve the problem of the vehicle.. I highly recommend a highly recommend disciplinary action.. I will be speaking with corporate about your store and your employees on Monday.. he's lucky I am a Christian man..

  Excellent service. Came in with a battery charging problem and they diagnosed that the alternator was the problem. Found the battery almost discharged so they charged it for us. They didn't have the alternator in stock for us to change it in the parking lot immediately last night. But allowed us to use a competitor's alternator from down the street and finish the job in front of their store.

  I made a purchase, came back an hour later and they declined to help me back with the purchase because i register no phone number , aperently they will refuse to service if the item you purchased was without a phone number , THEY DON'T WANT TO SEE NO RECIPS OR PAYMENT HISTORY ON YOUR DEBIT CARD , THAT DOESN'T MATTER
