I highly recommend a highly recommend disciplinary action.. I will be speaking with corporate about your store and your employees on Monday.. he's lucky I am a Christian man..

Found the battery almost discharged so they charged it for us. They didn't have the alternator in stock for us to change it in the parking lot immediately last night. But allowed us to use a competitor's alternator from down the street and finish the job in front of their store.
