I was instructed that they ran out of plastic bags two days ago and the only way I was going to get a plastic bag for my sodas is if I bought more sodas to where I couldn't carry them LOL. So I'm leaving this review because it felt like I was being asked or forced to buy more stuff just to get a bag. As a business owner I always stock consumables like bags for customers. This is probably something that fell on management not doing their job. It's the little things that count in business. I was having a great day until I ran across some weird BS. Flying j please be professional and get bags for customers who buy products. Don't save the bags just for the people that spend more money totally ridiculous.

There's no one cleaning the showers, and this isn't the first time this has happened to me. The last time, after 3 hours of waiting, they told us there was no one available to clean, and that we had to wait until 6 a.m. for the next shift to come in. I wasted my time and my shower credit. 08/22/25 One more time, nobody to clean the shower, 12 peoples waiting for shower, 2 hrs waiting. This is unreal.
