- GGGarrettApr 2, 20261.0Horrible. I got the order to remove the device and it took a week, over 12 hours of hold times and my attorney getting involved for them to “approve” the judges order. After that it took several days to get a removal appointment through them (required), not because the service center wasnt available but because they would never send the work order to the service center. They make it exceedingly difficult to end the whole thing so they can squeeze as much money out of you as possible.
