  They can’t replace a car rental with low battery, that need jump start to use it. they want you to bring the rental to repair shop and wait to be repaired. What kind of service is this. 🤦🏻‍♂️

  I rented a mid size vehicle in advance. I show up at my pick up time and am told, sorry, someone else rented your vehicle earlier today. I am then told I can have a different vehicle for an extra $100 per day. This is bad business. Then after being there for over an hour and trying to get my reserved rental, I am told i can have a minivan. I did not want a minivan. then the van was on empty and had no washer fluid and i had to go vacuum it. all of this just to start my business trip. if i reserve a vehicle, i expect it to be there. if you don't have it, i don't expect to be scammed out of triple the money i had on my reservation agreement. if you provide me any rental vehicle, it should be clean, fluids refilled and have plenty of gasoline. Very disappointed. I will say the employees were very nice and professional to me so I guess that is a plus.

  The staff there has always been professional, friendly and caring. I believe they always go beyond the call of duty to help. Dez, Carina, Kevin and Richard are all wonderful to work with!!

  It was so easy renting my car from Enterprise. They gave me a small SUV that was very clean and full of gas. The staff was great and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. They will be my go to car rental from now on
