- DMDeborah Moore3 days ago2.0We went in to eat and as I walked in I tripped and fell right in the doorway. A customer came to help. It took me a long time to get up. Two workers finally came to help but mainly watched as customer and my husband got me up. They did go get walking sticks but that didn’t help. My arm still hurts after 6 days but I really appreciate the customer that helped. I wish I had gotten his name but I was shook up and didn’t think to ask. Food was good but won’t go back.

- HBHeru BeayDec 14, 20253.0Beware of the entrance at this Pilot. I almost got trapped by this HUGE ditch they have near the entrance. I had to back up my trailer and slowly go around it. I don’t know why they haven’t fixed this massive issue yet. Also, this is a 3rd party pilot. Pilot points don’t work here, and they don’t have showers 🚿

- SMshayne muggeDec 7, 20254.0Restaurants were good with lots of options. Store was very nice and clean. Employees were all very friendly. Restrooms and shower was very clean BUT in 28 years of trucking I have never seen water that literally tricked out of a shower head. The water wasn't hot, and the sink in a shower shouldn't be motion activated, it makes it near impossible to shave but the water pressure is atrocious. If for some reason they can't get any better pressure available then at very least they should change to a water misor shower head or something equivalent. All this being said I was only in shower #1. Maybe rest aren't like that.
