The lady in charge possibly the assistant manager couldn't be bothered to help her and there was a manager in the office who couldn't be bothered to come out and help her. She was trying to blame the code when I called and checked the code it was good. If your management can't be bothered to help a paying customer (Just filled fuel, def, and reefer) the. I will definitely take my business else where in the future. I'll make sure to let Pilot Corporate know as well. Ridiculous I have to either pay out pocket and wait to be reimbursed which is a hassle or risk going down the road without a headlight and getting pulled over because they're too lazy to figure out the issue. The code worked elsewhere as well so it was definitely them and not the code.
