Vicky promptly answered the phone, ensured the proper battery was in stock and quickly located a mobil mechanic (Leo) who picked up the battery, brought it to the Exxon station and got the car running so our daughter could get to her home about 70 miles away. We can't give Vicky enough stars for great problem solving and customer service. Autozone should be proud and give her a bonus. Nice work, Vicky!!
