  Terrible customer service received on a phone call. Very rude. The last visit inside the store, was unprofessional also. Im not going to use auto zone anymore. I went down the road to O'Reilly and got better service, and more professionalism . You need to train the employees on better customer service. I'm not asking to be treated like a Princess, just not talked to in a rude manner for a simple question

  My car had issues on the way down from Dallas to Houston. Vicki was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot thank her enough for the help she gave that night. 10/10 customer service.

  The salesman found the best deal on a battery for my key fob, and he replaced it. A little extra effort goes a long way. I appreciate that.

  Needed an emergency battery for daughter's car stranded at the Exxon station in Rice, Texas at 7 pm on Sunday night. Autozone was open until 9 pm which was a miracle. Vicky promptly answered the phone, ensured the proper battery was in stock and quickly located a mobil mechanic (Leo) who picked up the battery, brought it to the Exxon station and got the car running so our daughter could get to her home about 70 miles away. We can't give Vicky enough stars for great problem solving and customer service. Autozone should be proud and give her a bonus. Nice work, Vicky!!

  Just left here. Jorge helped me and he was amazing. Great attitude and very knowledgeable. Give that man a raise or a management position if he doesn’t have one already.
