  Me and my wife, we needed some light bulbs, and went to O'Reilly's first. But the guys there were totally unhelpful, saying it was too "difficult." So, we ended up at Autozone. There were already a bunch of people being helped, but I spotted this guy, Abraham Cortes, and asked him if he could give us a hand. No hesitation at all, he was all in! I told him I needed my headlights and brake lights swapped out, and he just said, "No problem, I can do that." He even went out, took a look, and suggested some bulb grease to keep water leaks and corrosion from messing things up later. Seriously, that was awesome of him. He went back out, and in just a few minutes, he was done and did a fantastic job. He even saved us some cash and a possible ticket from the cops! Definitely a super hard worker with amazing customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding experience!! Ellen C is the real deal! I stopped in recently and was blown away by the level of service I received from Assistant Store Manager Ellen C. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and immediately made me feel like a valued customer. I came in a little frustrated, not entirely sure what I needed, and Ellen took the time to actually listen, ask the right questions, and walk me through exactly what would solve my problem no upselling, no runaround, just honest, knowledgeable help. What really stood out was how she managed the floor at the same time multitasking with her team, keeping things running smoothly, and still never making me feel rushed. You can tell the staff looks up to her, and it shows in the whole vibe of the store. This kind of leadership from a manager is rare and truly makes a difference. Ellen C is exactly the kind of person who reminds you why you shop local instead of ordering online. AutoZone is lucky to have her. I’ll be back without hesitation! 🙌

  My friend and I were traveling to Dallas from Houston, and our car’s engine light turned on and was flashing. We went to autozone and asked them to scan the car to see what was wrong. It turned out to be the cylinders. Shoutout to Donald Green! God truly sent him to us in this moment! He heard what the problem and quickly came to help even though he was busy. He was so kind and patient in helping us change a spark plug and explaining to us what else needed to be done on the car. Thank you God and Donald Green!!

  Terrible customer service received on a phone call. Very rude. The last visit inside the store, was unprofessional also. Im not going to use auto zone anymore. I went down the road to O'Reilly and got better service, and more professionalism . You need to train the employees on better customer service. I'm not asking to be treated like a Princess, just not talked to in a rude manner for a simple question

  My car had issues on the way down from Dallas to Houston. Vicki was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot thank her enough for the help she gave that night. 10/10 customer service.
