  Work was done on time as promised. The tech did a great job in replacing the side window. But looking at the receipt, the Recycle Fee of $39.99 was not removed, as there was no glass, it fell out.

  Right now I'm in Texas for a family medical emergency.I currently live in Michigan in the week that I had to leave for my family emergency.I received a small chip on my one shield. No problem. But I happen to be Texas, where it's very hot. At this time of the year, the chip seem to be doing fine in the hot Sun until it decided to rain on Saturday night on Sunday Easter morning, I went out to my vehicle and the 2 small chips with the temperature drop. Turn into large splits across my windshield. I'm telling you this because the windshield cracked on Easter Sunday, I called safelite on Monday, and they had me in their Corpus Christi Location on Tuesday morning at 7 AM and the technician really took great care of me. I was informed that the job could take 2 hours or more. The technician had my job done in just over an hour. I was so pleased. If I ever could tell anybody , if you're an emergency safelite is truly there for you. Now I can feel safe, driving my mom from Rockport, Texas to San Antonio for her life-saving surgery on wednesday.Thank you thank you... safelite.

  We had a rear window replaced on our Ford Fusion a few weeks ago. Conner there at the shop showed my wife rust areas that needed to repaired along the back window. They installed the new window knowing we were going to have to have them go to a repair shop nearby to remove it so the rust repairs could be done, then reinstall the window after. Wife was told, and had it written that the charge to remove/replace the new window at the body shop would run $164.99. Well when she called them to pay the $164.99, they told her it would be $289.00 to do the work. What an upcharge!!! So if this can't be worked out, everyone should know that it could happen to them too!
