What truly stood out was their commitment to customer service. Even during an unexpected delay on Saturday evening—when we had to wait about an hour and a half for Enterprise to provide service approval—the team remained courteous and apologetic. They kept me informed throughout the process and handled the situation with professionalism. To my surprise, they followed up the next day, contacting me Sunday afternoon to let me know that approval had finally come through and that I could return on Monday. When I did, the service was completed efficiently and with the same high level of care and friendliness I experienced initially. Lydia and her team went above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and attention to detail truly set them apart.   Good service, they were able to clean up the bottom of my car when my oil was leaking as well as replace my oil and do my tire rotations for a reasonable price. Juan Castro was especially helpful when he saw my check engine light was on.
