  Won’t be coming back to the shop. They just got started without giving me a price and it was $163 for my little Honda Accord. My diesel oil changes in my big truck don’t cost that much. Should’ve been about $50. This little hybrid motor only takes 4 quarts of oil. The crew was nice, tried to explain, and offered a significant discount to make up for it, but they wouldn’t have done any of that if I didn’t complain. Buyer beware. Ask how much it’s going to cost before they start and ask them what product they intend to use. The most expensive court of full synthetic oil on the shelf at O’Reillys is only about $15 maximum. I don’t know what synthetic they were talking about but they used, but they must have a special blend mixed with Mother Teresa’s tears.

  One of our company fleet vehicles was at your location on 4825 S Staples, CC Tex. Did not get the work that you charged our company, driver said that the technician did not do the tire rotation, he had a hard time trying to get one of the back tires off an decided to skip it but still charged us, they did not change out the windshield wipers but charged us, technician did not fill fluids up, wiper fluid light came on showing it was low, for $240.00 and getting that type of service is poor business.

  Alright, Alright, Alright. Genuinely one of the best experiences for oil changes / checks I have had in a long time. So I checked my oil level on my truck which turns out I checked wrong and believed that I had little to no oil in my truck to begin with. I rush over to this place after my father recommended it just before closing which next time I will go earlier. (I promise) I am met with this guy, Haelion, who just did an amazing job at checking everything on my truck to make sure That everything was good before I set out onto the road. Turns out I had full oil and was honest with me about everything he even asked me to get out of the car and come to the engine to show he was being truthful. You honestly don’t see that kind of honesty nowadays which is a breath of fresh air. Had an Amazing Attitude and was really chill plus made the experience quick and easy. Genuinely recommend coming here to get an oil change done and great prices too.
