  I have never been here before until today, but I decided to try this Goodyear location because I saw a coupon online for an oil change with a free tire rotation included. $76 for an oil change and tire rotation was a great deal. I also like how they’re open on the weekends. I have such a hard time trying to get car maintenance done on the weekends around here with so many places being closed on the weekends. I walked in, process was easy to check in, and I was out in about 45 minutes. All I wanted was the oil change and tire rotation and that’s all I got. Honestly, I appreciate that. I’ve been to a lot of car places that try to persuade you to do this or that to your car and try to pressure you to spend more money when you don’t really need it. Orlando did not do that. He was respectful in the fact he did exactly what I asked and that’s it. Thanks for that. It was a pleasant experience today. I wish I had started coming here sooner.

  I bought an air compressor so I could start adding air to my tires myself. With the cold weather they needed some air. I didn't really read the directions on the new compressor as it seemed simple enough. Anyway, I must have done something wrong because my tires were losing pressure instead of filling up and the tires were making a strange sound. They are practically new Nitto Grapplers. Rather than mess with it all day I just took my truck to Goodyear today and the tires are fine and they filled them up for me. I went to check out, and the young lady just smiled and said, "No charge" and handed me a bill for $0.00. I said, "Let me pay you something for your trouble." She just said, "No, Sir. We didn't do anything so there is no charge." I'll tell you what. If I ever need any service that Goodyear provides from now on, they are my guys. I'll never go to another tire shop and if they do routine maintenance, I'll never go to another dealership. They earned a loyal customer today. I was in and out in 45 minutes too. Thank you, Goodyear.
