  They made pick up and drop off super easy. They were able to accommodate the disabilities in my family with no issues. Friendly staff!

  Small crack in my license said they won't accept it. Got stranded after being dropped off. Never had a problem at any other location

  Husband picked up a car today to get on the road to take our young kids to Austin for the weekend. The second he pulled out of enterprise the low tire light went on he immediately went back they filled up the time. Now a few hours later we were on the road and the tire pressure kept going lower. We stopped at a gas station to see a giant hole in tire

  First car on first day was bad..dirty inside & out. Broken right side mirror! ( Toyota Camry. 2nd car for the rest of the rental time was great. The car was clean inside & out. Pretty color, great performance, great back up & radio system. 2025 Chevy Malibu. Loved driving it. Would love to have been able to buy that car! Thanks for making it right. I would use you agsin.if I had to.

  1. The car required servicing as in needing a wheel alignment 2. I prepaid for gas and upon returning the vehicle I actually put gas in the vehicle. I ask for a refund on my prepaid gasoline when i turned in my rental. The associate told me it didn't work that away that I prepaid for the gas that was already in the vehicle. He refused to refund my $31.10. So no I'm not happy with enterprise. This was the first time I had ever purchased prepaid gasoline. I give this company a lot of business, so yes it's fair to say there is a good possibility I will go to the competitor especially if I'm not reimbursed $ 31.10. I reported this incident this morning to corporate and I am still waiting for a call back from regional.
