  This team was incredible. I worked closely with Dominic and his customer service should be studied. He is calm, cool, and collected. He is very professional and handled some tough customers. I was impressed with his professional maturity in handling all matters. I also worked with a gentleman named Cam. Though he was new, he had a great attitude and was professional when walking me through the final details. Great experience overall!

  I've been going to this Enterprise for many years now. I've never had a bad experience with them. They have always been professional and very friendly.So President's Day I decided to get a rental to go to San antonio. A couple that got there after me was the one that got the vehicle I was supposed to get. Because the person that had the car before me was a very heavy smoker!!! That's why they didn't want that car due to the the odor. So that left me with the vehicle that I got. I waited for almost an hour for them to get a vehicle ready for me because they were trying to get the smoke smell out and detail it. It had a cracked windshield. It was the same make and model as the other car. So while driving to SA a plastic piece came off the vehicle. When I return to turn the vehicle in, I told them what happened. I told him go ahead and take it out the deductible. They told me that I was going to get a letter from the company. I was charged $300. For a 28.00 small foglight plastic piece that snaps on. It didn't even have a fog light or any wires. 2020 Mirage
