    I experienced the most unprofessional Manager and Assistant Manager at this location. Bottom line, failure to communicate in that the Assistant Manager was misleading and the Manager failed to rectify the problem. Total failures.....

    I had an amazing experience thanks to Samantha Saenz at Enterprise Rent-A-Car! She truly went above and beyond to make sure I got into the car I needed, even when it seemed like there were no cars available anywhere. She made it happen! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of. The entire process was smooth and quick, and returning the car was just as easy and pleasant. Samantha has such a beautiful smile and a wonderful personality—it really made a difference in my experience. I will definitely be asking for Samantha the next time I come in, and I’ll be recommending this location to all my friends. She’s the best!
