- PCPatrick Cole2 days ago5.0Whether traveling for business or family, I rent almost exclusively from Enterprise. They consistently have the best customer service of all the car rental companies. This location is no exception--Robert, the manager, personally handled my reservation and made sure everything was cared for. This most recent time I had some specific needs, and he offered several vehicle options to make sure we had the best fit! Really appreciated that. The staff are friendly and seemed truly interested in giving us a great experience. Y'all are the best, thanks!

He said I don’t have that vehicle, and you just made it an a hour ago so idk what to tel you. What does it matter when I made it. I called and someone said that you had it why be ride to me? It just walked out to help another customer and didn’t even offer any other vehicle so I left. Never seen such horrible customer service before!!
- ABAshley BarronMar 31, 20265.0I appreciate being able to make a reservation online. I did run into a problem which caused me to get to my destination later than I had hoped. The first rental was making an unusual noise as I drove out the parking lot. I was able to return it and swap it out for another but I had to wait an hour. The staff was in the process of cleaning the replacement. For the inconvenience I was offered to bring the rental back with an empty gas tank. Yay for free gas! I was happy the team was able to accommodate me.
