All this catering to them and they couldn't even bring the correct windshield! Now they have to order another from san antonio and I have to take another day off work, all because they are unorganized. I highly recommend NOT doing business with this company. What a waste of my time! (Update-safelite followed up by giving me a $50 discount and they sent out a lady who did an excellent job! Had they sent the right windshield and had her do the job originally I would have given this 5 stars. All in all, I am now happy with satellite and no longer have a negative opinion about their business. Thank you satellite for making things right, even after my bad review. I'm a happy customer now!)
