That's why they are saying damage is "not consistent with". Not consistent with doesn't mean that y'all are not at fault. Bunch of corporate bull coming out and no accountability for y'all's inaction. To anyone reading this: don't make the same mistake I did in trusting this business to look out for you and your vehicle. Don't expect them to do the right thing because they will not and will not stand behind the supposed reliability and "safe" product that they recklessly peddle. YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. DON'T DO IT. ---- My car was damaged and they denied my claim and implied that it was my fault. Filed a incident report, which was a waste of time. Seemed like the manager had his mind made up from the get go. Requested to talk to the district/regional manager and still have not been contacted by them. Don't waste your time or money on this trash business. They WILL do you wrong and you'll be stuck paying for the damage that THEY caused.
