- PMPedro Medrano1 day ago1.0My car was damaged when used on a trip out of town, guy went back into the wash area to retrieve my rear window wiper arm and was told that the manager would call me the next day, 3 weeks later I have yet to receive a call from the manager. Called 800 number a few days later and they want me to drive back to that city to file a report, how can y’all not have direct numbers to the locations or send in my info to be reached being such a big company!!!!

- PCPaul CastilloDec 27, 20253.0Paid $23 ish for a car wash specifically for the underbody wash and it barely cleaned anything. The staff was kind enough to let me give it another go without hesitation for free. The vacuums only work in some sections. Towel availability was minimal and when some did show up they smelled musty like when you leave clothes in the washer for a long time while wet. It’s a personal pet peeve of mine and it’s really hard to get off specially once you touch other things. Considering the towels just showed up they should’ve been fresh. In theory. I’ve had a quick quack membership in the past and thought it was a fair deal but this location has changed my thoughts on it.
- SSSheri SDec 17, 20255.0This is the best Quick Quack in town. They always have soap in the dispenser, and the dryer at the end actually drys and blows the water off the car. They always have drying towels available. The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Great job!!!
