  Minute Man / Grease Monkey just lost a loyal customer of several years. I went in today for a routine oil change. After they finished, my car wouldn’t start. While I was already stressed and on the phone with my mechanic — worried that something may have been done wrong — the employee realized their battery tester was still broken. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she pulled her own vehicle around… and then SMACKED right into my car. I am currently recovering from a traumatic car accident, so being hit again — especially while already anxious and tense — was incredibly upsetting. The situation was handled poorly from start to finish. She offered a small $20 discount, while her coworker repeatedly told her to “use your personal.” Then, without clearly going over the final price with me, she charged my card and even signed my signature herself. Her coworker did offer to pop the dent out of my license plate, but at that point I was already running late to pick up my son from school and couldn’t stay any longer. That shouldn’t have even been necessary in the first place. And it didn’t stop there. After I finally left, I realized she never reset my oil indicator light. I had to call the shop, pull my car over on the side of the road, and ask them to walk me through how to reset it myself. No apology. No accountability. Nothing. Completely unprofessional, careless, and unacceptable. I will never use this company again.

  It's been years since I've had an oil change at the Kostoryz location. Even though it's a new name, the customer service was still the same. Excellent customer service by Caiden. He is very knowledge and was detailed in explaining his findings and didn't force me to take care of additional services. He did provide me with a detailed list of services recommended based on my vehicle's mileage. This is great information so that I can plan to get them done. I'll definitely be returning.
