I've been coming here for many years. And the gentleman who assisted me, Mike told me I still had 3,000 miles to go on my oil change because I use synthetic oil. I've always used synthetic oil and was never told this by previous 10 min oil change or previous employees. Thank Mike for being honest. I will definitely send more ppl your way.

Jazmin was absolutely wonderful. Did not make me feel pressured to buy anything. Very knowledgeable and I will definitely be coming back bc of her. Went over everything VERY thoroughly, and made sure I understood it all. Will definitely return.

Asked if the coupon we had for $29.99 oil change was applicable BEFORE the work was completed. Employee said yes. They completed work then came to tell us the total was $102. Looks like there is some miscommunication between employees. The guy argued with us about the oil my car needed, which we understood, and we tried to explain that it was the price and the miscommunication that upset us. He continued to argue that my car doesn’t take conventional oil, which yes, we get that! We will not be returning to say the least
