Goodyear store manager, Orlando, is our families go to for all auto repairs for 20+ years and counting. From oil change to full transmission replacements, all completed competently, quickly, & professionally by him and his crew. They have been highly accommodating of my busy schedule with flexibility & curtesy rides as needed. They've been there during several emergency visits & were caring & compassionate of the situation. It's refreshing to never have to worry about vehicle repairs when I know I'll always get quality work at a great price at this Goodyear location with Orlando & staff! Thank you!

Orlando and his crew are the very best!! All of them are very courteous and professional!! I’ve been going to Goodyear for years!! I won’t go anywhere else for vehicle repairs!! I schedule an appointment and sometimes wait for it to be ready or just drop off and pickup later. Either way it’s done in a timely manner!!

I bought an air compressor so I could start adding air to my tires myself. With the cold weather they needed some air. I didn't really read the directions on the new compressor as it seemed simple enough. Anyway, I must have done something wrong because my tires were losing pressure instead of filling up and the tires were making a strange sound. They are practically new Nitto Grapplers. Rather than mess with it all day I just took my truck to Goodyear today and the tires are fine and they filled them up for me. I went to check out, and the young lady just smiled and said, "No charge" and handed me a bill for $0.00. I said, "Let me pay you something for your trouble." She just said, "No, Sir. We didn't do anything so there is no charge." I'll tell you what. If I ever need any service that Goodyear provides from now on, they are my guys. I'll never go to another tire shop and if they do routine maintenance, I'll never go to another dealership. They earned a loyal customer today. I was in and out in 45 minutes too. Thank you, Goodyear.

We had a screw in our tire on a Sunday and just happened on this shop. Orlando was extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service experience. He’s been with the company a long time and it shows. He was deeply knowledgeable and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!
