My husband had a reservation but when he got there, they had no cars. They could not be bothered to call us, text us, email us, or anything to say they couldn't be bothered with making sure they had enough cars for all their reservations. If you have a reservation I suggest calling every day to confirm that they are going to honor your reservation so you don't end up as disappointed (and screwed) as we did.

I couldn’t make it back to San Antonio this weekend and getting stuck there and I have to work on Monday morning, but at enterprise, the manager Josh and another associate were able to help me. Not only that they helped me get a rental there. They called the airport and we’re able to negotiate sending my lease. Thank you guys so much for your fast and efficient help. It’s really appreciated.
