  I had a good experience with this rental location, but I have one comment: If anyone is looking for the key drop location, it is hidden away behind the office. It is hard to find. I spent ~15 minutes looking for it when I dropped the car off after-hours. It would be nice if they warned you about that beforehand.

  Worst experience of my life. I received horrible customer service from Enterprise. I arrived for my reservation to rent a car and get to the funeral Home of my Best Friend. After waiting over an hour i was left only to be told my credit only and my debit was not acceptable. They wanted $381 for an $81 payment, and wouldn't authorize my credit card for me, and turned me away. I would never ever give you a dime. I am absolutely devastated. Worst experience of my life.

  Thank you to Issac for making our pick up experience easy and fast. Your positive attitude was great. Thank you to the employee Megan who helped my spouse rent the car in a fast timely manner. Our situation without a car has been frustrating. You guys made our day and situation by being so helpful. Thank you to you and your staff.

  The area has had trouble with inventory due to a storm. I finally located a truck at the airport location. I double checked with this other location on S Padre Drive and they said they actually did get a Tacoma in and it was available now. I secured it and they gave me a time to come pick up, so I canceled the truck I secured at the airport that took forever to secure, relying on what the S Padre Dr location told me. I went to pick up the Tacoma and they said they don’t actually have one on the lot and that it would be at least a week. So I called the airport location to see if their truck was still available and it was not since I cancelled the reservation. So the S Padre Dr. location caused me to lose the truck I reserved and left me completely without a vehicle and they literally don’t even know what they have available on their own lot. Absolutely terrible service. Completely unapologetic. They didn’t care how badly they screwed me.

  Oct 24, 2025 I attempted to make a payment first thing in the morning but was told my card declined even though I had $300 on the card. Never had a problem for 2 months that I was renting until now. As many times as I tried to call you guys kept hanging up on me. Plus I had a flat tire tried to call 1 hour before y’all close got hung up on two more times. Gotten to the point that I had to contact the airport enterprise just to get a different vehicle this started early morning to 11am at the enterprise airport. Enterprise you guys need to do a better service. I shouldn’t be getting hung up on, decline payment when I have the money I even contacted the bank and they don’t know what’s going on and the fact that I had a flat tire trying to get it towed even though you guys tried to. Tow it to pep boys when it was closed. DO BETTER SERVICE. You guys are really showing your asses.
