    Great experience with this company, Ryan Benick was so helpful & provided us with a great vehicle! He also informed us that you are even able to purchase vehicle's through Enterprise directly & that the cost is dramatically cheaper than any dealerships. I will definitely be going back to this particular establishment for any other future rentals!

    Reserved a car online in the morning for an afternoon pick up , when we got to this pick up location they didn’t have any cars . Was told to wait a few hours they may have something coming back . Totally messed up our plans .

    Be prepared to at least wait or maybe even have no car. First time renting here I had to wait past my pick-up time about an hour. They were at least polite though no apology for being late. Things happen though, I understand that. So… rented from them again. Had a reservation like before to pick up a car at 9am. Went to the desk to check in. Umm we don’t have any vehicles at all available for you. We might have something in 2 hours! He was at least polite though was just matter of fact about it and no apology. Having a reservation ahead of time and having to wait for iit while it is cleaned is one thing, but having a reservation ahead of time and then no car at all available for you, that’s completely unprofessional and unacceptable! Rent from here knowing the risks.

    Assistant Manager Ryan at the Airline location in Corpus took control of what I perceived as a hectic situation on a busy Friday morning. and literally said 'I'm going to take care of you because that's what we do' and did it. Went out of his way to help the team and got me a rental and a ride from the repair shop. This is a great example of hospitatlity over service and Enterprise is better for having Ryan as a leader in your building. 10/10 will return in future.

    Unhappy with customer service. Always seem too busy to answer their phone. Sad when you have to call the corporate number and other store locations to get the answers you need.
