I didn't get the car I had picked, but the one I received is probably considered in the same size category. I returned the car ahead of the scheduled return time, and got overcharged by $300! This caused my bank account to overdraft. All I got was, "Sorry, but we're processing the refund and you should see it in the next 24-48 hours." What about the fees I got charged from the bank because of YOUR mistake?! I'm currently waiting to see if someone will be contacting me as the survey stated they would. I'm also only doing this review because the end of the survey said they'd love for me to leave a review. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I have had good experiences in years past with Enterprise.
