I was then asked to accept a downgrade to a car, which I declined. I had a confirmed reservation, and it was not honored. This location was extremely busy so it could have been stress. I have been renting from Exterpise for well over 20 years and never once had a rude employee. This is why Enterprise is typically the only place I rent from. When I returned my vehicle I mentioned this and they were very apologetic and asked it they could do anything to make my experience better. I didn't want anything out of the situation other than them being aware of the issue.
