- DLDebra LogueSep 5, 20251.0After having a rental through Enterprise they were calling me telling me that I had a balance and when I told them no, Allstate should be paying it, she disagreed and said I had to pay partial for each day. This is not want Allstate said and the lady went on to say well I have a $100 deposit that we are holding and I need to close your account. I told her to just take the money and Ill deal with Allstate and she wanted to make sure thats what I wanted and she wanted me to be satisfied with Enterprise. As I was telling her something else she just hung up on me and when I called back, she said that the line went dead and she was calling my name for like two minutes, which was a total lie, because as soon as the line went dead, I called back. Bad busineess
